How billing works.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The monthly price is everything — droplet, subdomain, HTTPS, support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Resizing existing servers isn't supported yet. The workaround today is to create a new server at the target size, point your agent at it, and delete the old one — you'll get the unused time on the old server refunded.
What if I delete a server two days into the month?
You're charged for those two days at the hourly rate, and the remaining 28 days are refunded automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all through Paddle. We can take payments from 200+ countries.
Where do invoices come from?
Paddle is the merchant of record. Invoices say "Paddle.com Market Ltd" and are available as PDFs in your dashboard under Invoices.
